Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State will be conducting its Supplementary
Admission Screening Exercise for candidates seeking admission into the
University for the 2014/2015 Academic Session, on Saturday, 2nd August,
2014.
1.ELIGIBILITY
The following categories of candidates are eligible for the screening exercise:
Category 1: Candidate (s) who chose Bowen in JAMB.
Category 2: Candidate (s) who did not choose Bowen in JAMB.
Category 3: Candidate(s) who had applied but missed the Admission Screening Exercise held on Saturday, 14th June, 2014.
2.MODE OF APPLICATION
(a)On-Line Application
To complete the application form on-line:
i. Visit Bowen University website http/www.bowenuniversity-edu.org for
completion and printing of pre-application slip using the Undergraduate
Admission portal.
ii. Take the pre-application slip to any branch of the under listed
banks for the payment of N 6, 500.00 (six thousand, five hundred naira)
only:
1. First Bank Plc
2. Skye Bank Plc
3. Bowen Microfinance Bank, Baptist Academy, Obanikoro, Lagos.
iii.Upon payment of N 6, 500.00, a Pin will be generated for each applicant.
iv. Each applicant is requested to use the generated Pin to complete and
submit the e-application form via the Bowen University website.
(b)Application Forms
(i) Application Forms may be obtained from any of the Application Form
Sales Centres indicated in ‘3’ below upon the presentation of a
non-refundable application fee of N6, 500.00 (six thousand, five hundred
naira) only in bank draft payable to Bowen University or bank teller,

All completed application forms must be submitted at the above centres on or before Friday, 1st August, 2014 with the following:
i) Photocopies of:
a. relevant credentials including 2014 JAMB DE Registration slip / UTME Result Slip
b. birth Certificates
c. receipt of Bowen University admission form
ii) Additional passport photograph and
iii) The Yellow copy of the Acknowledgement Card
5. SCREENING OF CANDIDATES
i Venues/ Time
All applicants are to appear for the BOWEN University Supplementary
Screening Exercise to be conducted by the University on Saturday, 2nd
August, 2014 at the following Centres:
(a) Baptist Academy, Obanikoro, Lagos
(b) Bowen University, Iwo
(c) Faith Baptist College,#1 Rumuaparaeli Street, Beside Holy Rosary Secondary School, Old GRA Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.
(d) First Baptist Church, Area 11, Garki, Abuja.
The screening of candidates will start at 9.00am in each of the venues
ii. Required Documents for Screening
Candidates are requested to come with their Blue Acknowledgement Cards /
On-line generated Acknowledgement Forms and both the originals and
photocopies of the following:
a. SSCE/NECO O/L Results
b. Birth Certificate
c. 2014 UTME Result Slip
